So far product is working well. The cat has tried knocking it over to get more food, but it has held sturdy. Easy to set up. I Wish the instructions had a troubleshooting section as well as how many ounces each portion would serve. The only thing mentioned in troubleshooting was the battery. I’ve also had to adjust several times to get the correct amount of food. Also a bit difficult to align the lid (hopper). If not aligned correctly, the food won’t come out. Otherwise, I’m liking this product.

Would prefer a clear window to make sure unit doesn’t run out of food or maybe an alarm sound. The recording play back isn’t good at all. Can hardly hear it. Hopefully this can be improved.

My cat really likes it. It took me a while to figure out meal size. I thought the numbers were grams but they were not. More detailed instructions on meal size would have been helpful. The time is also in military time so if you are not used to that it could be a challenge. Other than it works well.
